CATERING POLICIES 

Minimum 10 people for all hot buffets.

Minimum 48 hours’ notice for an order or contact catering office, 1 week if the count is 50-100, 2 weeks if 101 and higher.

Houghton College customers need to provide an account number before the order is complete. China service will be charged in the event that equipment/china has to be rented to meet client expectations.

Linens are included on all food and beverage tables. There may be an additional charge for seating tables depending on the size of the event. Any specialty linens or colors may be ordered through the catering office at an additional cost.

Centerpieces are not provided.

We provide ample food to provide all options chosen to everyone at your event which sometimes allows for excess, but due to health board regulations no food may be taken from events.

Final counts are due one week prior to the event and may be adjusted up until three days before. You will be billed for the final count given or number of actual attendees, whichever is greater.
